Jonathan married (1) Sarah Coombs.

Jonathan married (2) Bethiah Snow daughter of Nathaniel Snow and Mary Harding on 10 Jun 1777 in Wellfleet. Bethiah was born on 2 May 1749 in Eastham. She died on 28 Oct 1783 in Wellfleet.
